About the Instructor:
Chase Baillie has a background in agricultural education and a strong interest in food safety and training. She grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina, and earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Agricultural Education from Clemson University. Although she initially set out to study agronomy, Chase found her true fit in agricultural education thanks to the guidance of mentors along the way.
Her career has included roles in food safety and quality assurance in the poultry industry, as well as experience as a consultant, auditor, and trainer in the food safety field. She has also worked in training and development in both grocery and fast-food settings.
In her free time, Chase enjoys being outdoors, cooking, spending time with friends and family, and occasionally playing the violin.
