Theatrical Performance - A one-person theatrical monologue of the life of Catharine (Caty) Littlefield Green, the wife of Continental Army General Nathaniel Greene, by Carin Bloom, a living historian from the Historic Charleston Foundation Education Center. General Greene took charge of the southern war effort in late 1780, and after the British surrender at Yorktown, Caty joined him in the South Carolina Lowcountry. Carin will present many of the known details of Caty Greene's extraordinary life. This production and narrative provide a new dimension of the Revolutionary War.
