Spring has sprung!

Brookgreen Gardens is filled with spring blossoms. Many of the flowers are found on trees and bushes.

Make your own flowering branch!

Use a marker to create a tree branch.

Then make flowers for your branch by ripping up small pieces of tissue paper, streamer paper, or coffee filters.

Scrunch up the small piece of paper to form a flower and glue it to the branch.

Use your imagination and have your Mom or Dad help you to find materials around the house to make your own flowering branch.

You could use crayons, watercolors, markers, glitter glue, or a pencil to draw your branch.

Any lightweight paper can be used to create your flowers.

Then use a craft glue to secure them to your branch.

Ask your parents to share your masterpiece on their social media with the hashtag #BrookgreenAtHomeKids!  We want to see what you create!
