Fingerprint critters use very few supplies!

Help your child make cute pictures using their fingerprints and markers!

Materials:

          Paper

Colorful ink pads, or washable markers.

          Cute little fingers!

How to proceed:

Using different fingers to determine the size of your critter, either press them into the ink pad or use a marker to color the tips of the finger.

Press your colored finger onto the paper and press firmly, don’t drag.

Once you have made your critter’s body, use a fine point marker to make a face, legs, whiskers, wings or tail.

These works of art can be made into a bookmark, a greeting card, or just hang it on the fridge!

Did you know that no two fingerprints are alike? Every person on the earth has a different fingerprint! Here is a lesson on fingerprints from Study.com
