Celebrate the season with a hands-on floral design experience at Brookgreen Gardens. In this festive workshop, you’ll learn how to craft a beautiful mixed-green wreath using evergreens such as pine, magnolia, and cedar, accented with pinecones, and dried embellishments. Guided by our instructor, you’ll discover wreath-making techniques that are both approachable for beginners and inspiring for those with floral design experience. 

Workshops like this are more than just creative projects—they’re a way to connect with your community, share in the joy of the season, and bring attention to the artistry of floral design. Whether you’re a home gardener, a flower enthusiast, or simply looking for a meaningful holiday activity, this workshop offers a memorable way to create something special. 

By the end of the session, you’ll take home a handcrafted wreath to brighten your holiday season, along with the knowledge and inspiration to keep creating.

Classes with insufficient enrollment may be cancelled. Students will be notified in advance and offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another workshop.

About the Instructor:  

Natalie C. Jones is an artist, educator, and creative leader who brings together art, science, and nature in her teaching. She specializes in eco printing, cyanotype photography, and resin-based works that highlight the beauty of botanicals and the natural world. With a background in museum and garden education, Natalie has spent over a decade developing innovative art and nature programs for learners of all ages. Her work has been exhibited in galleries, museums, and community spaces, and she is passionate about helping others connect to the environment through hands-on creative practices.
