Rosa 'HARkaramel' (Anne Harkness®) was bred by Harkness in the United Kingdom and is a cross between Rosa 'Bobby Dazzler' and ([R. 'Manx Queen' × R. 'Prima Ballerina'] and [R. 'Chanelle' × R. 'MACar']). It is a floribunda rose.

We found Rosa 'HARkaramel' (Anne Harkness®) to perform poorly in our area and have removed them from the gardens in favor of more disease resistant and better performing roses.
