Lowcountry Center
A beautiful open-air courtyard contains wildlife sculpture and native plants. The cultural garden complete seasonal heirloom plants is a favorite place to visit and is located next to the area where Meet the Animals program is held daily.
An indoor permanent exhibit, Lowcountry: Change and Continuity, is located in the center as well as an auditorium with state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment and a seating capacity up to 150 people.

The E. Craig Wall, Jr. Lowcountry Center serves as the gateway to the Lowcountry Trail and the Lowcountry Zoo. It is also the embarkation point for cruises along the creeks and overland excursions to historical sites.
