Mother Nature's Cafe - 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Daily
Walk through the Zoo with an interpreter and observe the animals natural behavior as they are fed a snack in this informative 50 - minute tour. Meet at the Plantation Barn along the Lowcountry Trail. Free with garden admission.

Meet the Animals – 2:30 p.m. Daily
Explore the world of animals native to the southeast as an interpreter introduces you to live animals in an interactive setting in this 45-minute program at the Lowcountry Center Program Shed at 2:30 p.m. Free with garden admission.

Animal Programs during Cool Summer Evenings
5 p.m. Thursdays, June 13 - August 8

Jerry Walls - Animal Program- former Naturalist for the City of Houston, professional bird guide and co-star of CBS television's 'Carolina Safari', will present educational and interactive programs featuring his collection of live animals. Each week there will be a different animal focus. Programs will be held at the Campbell Center for American Sculpture outdoor patio (in the Brookgreen Zoo area), rain or shine and last about one hour.

Into the Wild
Join our zoo staff for informative talks about animals. The talks are at 12 noon and last about 45-minutes in the Wall Lowcountry Center Auditorium. They are free garden admission.
June 25 'Zoonotic Diseases' - diseases that can be transmitted to humans with close contact with animals)
July 23 'Venomous Snakes' - identifying SC venomous snakes and how to avoid them
