“Open Studio”
Members and guests are invited to the Campbell Sculpture Center, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 11 am -12 noon and 2 – 3 pm, November 9, 11, 16, 18, 30, for "Open Studio." The sculpture staff will use clay, plaster and wax models, along with molds, audio-visual presentations, and printed handouts to explain how sculpture is made. Free with garden admission.
“Gullah/Geechee mania!”
Wednesdays, September 9 – November 25
Ron Daise, Brookgreen’s Vice President for Creative Education, will host “Gullah/Geechee mania!” on Wednesdays at 1:00 p.m. in the Wall Lowcountry Center Auditorium. “Gullah/Geechee—Mania!” is an interactive, cultural game show that informs viewers about the unique Gullah/Geechee culture and heritage of the Southeastern coastal United States. Each guest becomes a “contestant” who will gain “points” for answering questions about Gullah/Geechee people, songs, history, culture, foods, and trivia. The program is free with garden admission and will not be held September 15 and November 24.

Stop by Keepsakes on Thanksgiving Weekend to receive an additional 10% discount off all purchases (except consignment items). Friday evening the shop is open late until 8 p.m. and will serve light refreshments. Saturday and Sunday member shopping hours are 9:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
