Description "The Saint James Triad" by Richard McDermott Miller

A sculpture comprised of three over-life-size, nude female figures seated within polished bronze frames, each piece is free-standing. The central figure (figure "A"; SEE NOTES) leans into the inner side of the frame, her head also leans inward, gently resting. The other two figures (figures "B" and "C"; SEE NOTES), positioned almost on either side of the central figure, lean with their backs against the inner frame. While these two figures are positioned with their bodies facing one another, they are looking in different directions. Each figure holds her arms and hands in a differing position (SEE NOTES). All of the figures look relaxed and contemplative.
