| Description |
"Forest Idyl" by Albin Polasek
Figure/female/animal/deer/nature
"A girl stands with her face turned in profile looking down at a doe which raises its head towards a fawn held in her arms. With her other hand the girl lifts an end of the drapery falling from her shoulders in looped folds behind her form. The pyramidal outline and the open spaces between make a graceful silhouette." ("Brookgreen Gardens Sculpture", Beatrice Gilman Proske, 1968).
