Murrells Inlet, SC- Historical excursions this winter at Brookgreen Gardens
Sundays and Tuesdays at 12 noon, travel on the Trekker, a custom all terrain vehicle, down back roads and explore some of the cemeteries, Silent Cities at Brookgreen Gardens. Walk with a guide through slave and plantation owner’s graveyards and hear about the historical burial customs of European and African origin. This is a two-hour excursion and tickets are $15 in addition to garden admission. The Silent Cities excursions will run through March , 2008 and reservations are accepted.
