Girl Scout Organizing Your Visit

Registration is required at least three weeks in advance of scout trip date.

Registration is complete only when a confirmation letter-with a confirmation number has been received.
Registration may be by either of the following methods:

  • Go to the Registration Form link at the bottom of this page.
  • Complete the form, save it as a Word document,
    1. Then click on the email address at the bottom of the registration form and attach the saved Word document; or
    2. Complete the Registration Form and mail to: Coordinator for Education Programs, Brookgreen Gardens, P O Box 3368, Pawleys Island, SC 29585;or
    3. Fax it to Coordinator for Education Programs at 843-235-6045.


Special Needs: Please let us know if you have a special needs person.

Group Size: There is a minimum of 10 and maximum of 25 scouts allowed per scout trip.


Fees: Admission Fee is $2.00 per scout and there is a $4.00 charge for each program attended. All fees will be prepaid by check or credit card. Checks can be made out to Brookgreen Gardens and mailed to: Coordinator for Education Programs, Brookgreen Gardens, P O Box 3368, Pawleys Island, SC 29585; or credit card payments can be called in directly to Coordinator for Education Programs at 843-235-6049.


Arrival: Groups will be met at the gate and taken to program site. Late arrivals will be given directions to program site. Upon completion of the program, the group will be escorted back to the gate.


Cancellations: Cancellation of scout trip must be called in at least 24 hours in advance to Coordinator for Education Program at 843-235-6049. If you do not reach her, then please call Linda Beckham, Education Specialist at 843-235-6055. Troops failing to do so will not receive a refund. Outdoor programs will not be canceled due to light rain. Outdoor programs will be canceled, or postponed due to acts of God, torrential rains, or thunderstorms.
