Romantic Dinner for Two by You - Cooking Demonstration- Sold Out
3 p.m. Sunday, February 12
Just in time for Valentine’s Day, we will host an educational culinary arts demonstration so you can become an accomplished chef. Our creative chefs will give step-by-step instructions on how to prepare a four course meal for your sweetheart and provide recipes to take home. Tickets are $35 per person and $60 per couple, space is limited and reservations are required. Please call (843) 235 6016 for more information.
First “Course”
Carpaccio- Seared filet, sliced thin and served cold, topped with lemon pepper aioli
Second“Course”
Hearts and Pine Salad- Hearts of palm, artichoke hearts, pine nuts, sliced radish, baby carrots over a mix of baby greens topped with raspberry vinaigrette
Third “Course”
Love of the sea-Mahi Mahi, Scallops, Shrimp, and Lobster sautéed in a White wine clam sauce served over a bed of linguini
Fourth “Course”
My Sweetness- Strawberry Parfait- Grand Marnier macerated strawberries with Chambord whipped cream and pecans; topped with a chocolate covered strawberry
Beverages: tea, coffee, or a glass of red or white wine
